Immunology

Outline
Welcome to our laboratory!!
In our laboratory, we are dedicated to elucidating the differentiation origin and regulatory mechanisms of dendritic cells, monocytes, and macrophages with phagocytic functions, which play central roles in immune responses. Additionally, we focus on functional analysis of mononuclear phagocytes in the onset and progression of inflammatory diseases, and strive to discover cells and molecules that could serve as molecular targets for drug development. Furthermore, we are engaged in research aimed at developing therapeutic approaches for inflammatory diseases.
